Wine Club FAQ

How often is my credit card billed?

Charter Club, White Club, and Red Club members are billed six times per year in the first or second week of each month.

The Charter Club and White Club ships in February, April, June, August, October and December.

The Red Club ships in January, March, May, July, September and November.

Cuvée Club members are billed four times per year in the second or third week of the month, in January, March, September and November.

How do I find out what is in included in an upcoming shipment?

One week prior to billing, an email notification is sent providing information about the wines in the shipment, the price, and the billing, shipping and will call dates. The email asks that members contact us within seven days if there are any changes to membership.

What benefits do I receive as a member?

  • Savings of 20% on all wine purchases.
  • Complimentary tastings for themselves and up to three guests when visiting the tasting room.
  • One complimentary cottage tasting each year (by prior appointment).
  • Priority access to exclusive, small production wines.
  • Invitations to events at the Tasting Room and across the country.

Which wines are included in wine club shipments?

Wine Club shipments include new and current releases, library wines, small-lot productions exclusive to members, and, on occasion, large format bottles.

What if I will be out of town on the estimated shipment arrival date?

Shipments can be held or scheduled for a new delivery date provided that we are contacted prior to billing. If we are notified after the billing date, additional shipping charges will incur.

Can I replace wines in my upcoming shipment with alternative wines?

We are always happy to exchange a wine in an upcoming shipment. Members are asked to respond to the email notification prior to billing with specific requests. We are only able to make changes to shipments prior to billing.

What is the delivery process for shipments of wine?

Once the shipment leaves the warehouse, the customer will receive an email from UPS providing a tracking number. Upon delivery, an adult signature will be required. If no one is home, UPS will make 3 attempts (total) to deliver the package. Typically, they will come three business days in a row. After the third attempt, a note will be left on the customer’s door instructing to pick up the shipment from UPS within a certain time frame (typically one week). If the wine is not picked up, it will be returned to the winery.

What if my shipment is returned because I was out of town or moved to a new address?

For returned shipments, please contact us to schedule a reshipment. The first time this happens, we will cover the cost to reship the wine. Additional re-ships will be charged to the member’s account.

What if I end up with a corked or damaged bottle?

If a bottle is damaged, corked, or broken, contact us immediately to report the problem. If not completely satisfied by the wine, please contact us for an exchange. Our wines are unconditionally guaranteed by Proprietors Elizabeth Pressler and Spencer Graham.

Can I increase or decrease the number of bottles in my shipment?

Members are able to switch their membership level by contacting us prior to an upcoming shipment. The Charter, Red Wine, and White Wine Clubs are offered at four levels: 2, 4, 6 or 12 bottles per shipment. The Cuvee Club is offered at $500 per shipment, with the bottle counts varying depending on price.

Can I get a better savings than 20%?

Members enjoy a 25% savings on any reorders of wines from the current shipment placed within a 10 day period.
